About the Presenter
A member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) with over twenty years of experience in FMCG industry, Jacob Ayin CQP MCQI, has formulated, established and managed systems certified to various standards such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRC, IFS and specific customer and market standards.
He holds certificates for Lead Auditor for several standards and has guided several organizations in Africa, Europe and the USA to certification or compliance through training, systems establishment, coaching and audits.
Jacob is currently the Group Technical and QMS Manager and Thermal Process specialist of Thai Union, Europe. He is also a managing partner of Auba Consult Ltd.
A member of the Institute for Thermal Processing Specialist (IFTPS), Jacob holds a BSC certificate in Food Science and an Executive MBA in Finance.
