Experts in food science, nutrition, and cultural heritage will share knowledge on local practices, innovations, and challenges in sustaining these time-honored techniques in modern food systems.

About the Presenter

Matthew Atongbiik Achaglinkame is a lecturer at the University for Development Studies (UDS), Ghana. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Postharvest Technology from the University of Development Studies (UDS) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science and Technology at UDS. His research focus is on improving food production/processing, safety, and consumption (of underutilized foods) to help improve food and nutrition security in society.
