The Ghana Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (GhAFoST) warmly invites the researchers, students, industry practitioners and stakeholders to its next webinar Series on the theme “Beyond the Buzz: Innovative Aroma Enhancement in Non-Alcoholic Wines”. This session will explore emerging techniques used to elevate aroma profiles in non-alcoholic wines, addressing one of the major challenges in alcohol-free beverage development maintaining the complexity, richness, and sensory appeal traditionally associated with fermented products. The presentation will unravel how innovative processing technologies, flavor recovery methods, and aroma-fortification strategies can transform consumer experience and improve product competitiveness in the growing non-alcoholic beverage market.
About the Presenter
Sam Faisal Eudes is a PhD student at Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University in China. He holds a master’s degree from Gansu Agricultural University, China, where he researched the Production and Aroma Enhancement of Low and Non-Alcoholic Wines. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Processing Technology at the University for Development Studies, Ghana.
